The S J Roberts Homes team are looking for an experienced Administrator, who is a driven professional individual, to support our fast paced After Sales & Quality Department. The successful candidate will undertake administrative tasks, customer liaison, diary management, assisting with on-site quality control inspections and more.
This is an excellent opportunity to undertake an exciting, varied role within a growing business and full training of all aspects of the role will be provided.
This role will be full-time, but for the right candidate we will consider part-time working pattern and the role will be based at our Allscott Meads development in Shropshire.
Job Description
· Undertake general administrative duties in the After Sales and Quality Department office including, but not limited to, taking phone calls, monitoring and responding to emails and managing and coordinating diaries and appointments
· Being the main point of contact for customers and maintaining open lines of communication with all stakeholders
· Record defects and ensure that reported defects are completed in a timely manner
· Undertake customer face-to-face meetings and customer facing duties where required
· Prepare necessary documents and undertake the recording, scanning and filing of these
· Undertake quality control inspections of completed new homes to ensure that quality standards and health and safety directives are met and maintained.
· Maintain a critical but constructive relationship between different elements of the business
· Adherence to the environmental health and safety policy at all times

· Confident communicator with strong communication skills
· Proficient on the Microsoft Suite
· Work autonomously whilst also working well within a team
· Self-motivated with good time management skills
· Confident character

Essential Skills
Previous Administrative experience
Full UK Driving License
Desirable Skills
Experience in the construction industry
