This opportunity would be suited to someone with a passion for analysis, who enjoys the challenge of bringing data to life, and who would welcome the opportunity to work closely with our Marketing team to target and measure their key campaign activities alongside managing an ongoing portfolio of data sourcing, wrangling, and analysis work. In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment at the cutting edge of a large business. You will have the chance to both work closely with key business stakeholders, and to support key strategic projects. In this role you will: In collaboration with key individuals from across Marketing, use data from a wide variety of sources to target our customer communication activity. Maintain and develop the core analytical sources of customer contact data required to facilitate efficient campaign targeting and execution, working with other teams in Aegon where appropriate. Support the development of success measures to track the impact of campaign activity, combining different sources / types to provide insight and analysis. Use data, including through the design and build of reporting / data visualisation frameworks, to inform and challenge teams to help optimise future efficiency and effectiveness. Help design and maintain customer segmentation models to support optimal campaign targeting. We’d love to hear from you if you: Are numerate and have a genuine interest in data and analysis, strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Have a keen attention to detail with the ability to work consistently to a high degree of data-accuracy. Have experience of working with data manipulation/analysis tools (e.g., SAS / SQL / Python) and of large-scale data sourcing, extraction, manipulation, and interrogation. Have good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to explain data-related concepts / considerations in a simple and easily understandable manner. Experience of using Tableau or similar data visualisation tools would be beneficial What’s in it for you?
