As Brand Lead, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Managing the ongoing development of the brand and brand strategy, continuing to drive growth, brand performance, and the overall position in the market.
2. Developing the brand proposition and creating frameworks for the business to roll out.
3. Monitoring brand performance against agreed targets and reporting accordingly.
4. Coordinating with the internal digital, creative, and data team for the delivery of the multi-channel/through the line campaign & communications for the brand.
5. Understanding customer behaviour, market trends, and competitors (supported by their in-house insights team) to influence key decisions made about the brand.
6. Managing external brand communications including POS, PR, and Digital, as well as key events and promotions.
The successful candidate must have:
1. Strong Marketing/Brand experience, brand concept and strategy as well as campaign coordination.
2. Ideally experienced in hospitality/leisure with some food & drink experience.
3. A strong background in brand building.
4. Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns – PR, Digital, Marketing, Print, Content, ATL, TTL etc.
5. Plenty of experience in a customer-centric environment as this role has a real focus on customer experience.
6. Excellent communications and stakeholder management experience.
