Supporting learners to achieve in Mathematics is central to our college’s mission in helping learners to maximise their potential and improve their employability. You will play a key role in the delivery of GCSE and Foundation level Maths to learners aged predominantly between 16 to 18. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lectures covering the GCSE and Functional Skills programs. Adapt teaching strategies to suit learner needs where appropriate. Support learners aged predominantly between 16 to 18 to achieve and build confidence in Mathematics. Take an active approach to curriculum and course development. Provide a safe and inclusive learning environment for all. Mark and assess student work and provide constructive feedback to encourage development.
