Operations Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced and energetic Operations Administrator to join a leading Logistics company based in Downton. This is a full time, permanent position.
Responsibilities as an Operations Administrator:
1. Arrange collection and delivery of freight within the UK
2. Provide operational support to the pallet network
3. Provide proof of delivery upon customers requests
4. Create consignments using traffic management system
5. Provide excellent telephone support to customers
6. Liaising with sub-contractors
7. Building key business relationships
Requirements for this Position:
1. Experience within a logistics background is desirable
2. Excellent attention to detail
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Confident IT user
5. Proven customer service and administrative experience
6. Ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines
The Role:
1. Working for a leading business based near Downton
2. Monday - Friday, 8.30 - 17.30
3. £26,800 - £27,500 depending on experience
