Payroll Manager
Cantello Tayler Recruitment is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join their client based near Egham. The successful candidate will be a specialist on all payroll matters, manage a small team and be responsible for providing an efficient payroll service. This is an office-based role and full-time.
Payroll Manager duties include:
Deliver an accurate, efficient and timely payroll service Understand each client's requirements and expectations Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients Ensure that payrolls are compliant with current PAYE legislation Oversee the daily workflow of the team Lead and support the payroll team. Deliver excellent client service Continue to develop the growth of the department In-depth technical knowledge of UK PAYE legislation Experience of payroll processing, preferably in a multi-client environment Payroll year end and month end procedures Set up of new payrolls & mandatory PAYE documentation Resolving payroll queries Improving internal processes Payroll Software implementation Payroll Manager required qualifications and skills:
Previous Payroll Management experience Strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Decisiveness, confidence, and flexibility to work with a diverse range of customers and colleagues Organised Professional Loyal MUST be a driver due to location
