Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Office-Based – Abercynon)

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and self-driven Digital Marketing Executive to take full ownership of our online presence. This office-based role will be central to growing and managing our brand across all digital platforms, supporting lead generation for training and consultancy services, and working closely with the internal team on content creation, video production, and general office admin where required.
This is a self-managed position, ideal for someone with initiative, a strong grasp of digital platforms, and the ability to contribute to both marketing strategy and day-to-day content output.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Social Media Management
Plan, create and publish 5 unique posts daily (Monday to Friday) across:
Facebook (Business Page)
Instagram
LinkedIn (Personal and Company Pages)
Google My Business (2 profiles)
X (Twitter)
Ensure consistent branding, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
Create Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and video content to showcase:
Training sessions
Client site work and safety projects
Behind-the-scenes footage
Testimonials and instructor highlights
Regularly run interactive content: Q&As, polls, quizzes, and live updates.
2. Campaign Management & Lead Generation
Build and send weekly email campaigns (via Zoho Campaigns) every Monday at 08:00AM.
Monitor performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and optimise accordingly.
Support and grow Facebook and Instagram paid campaigns (with budget proposals).
Track lead generation and conversion rates from all digital activity.
3. Website and SEO Coordination
Liaise with our in-house SEO & eCommerce specialist to:
Review and optimise website content for traffic and conversion.
Ensure social media campaigns are tied to UTM tracking.
Integrate relevant video and social media content into web pages.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Use Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Insights, and LinkedIn Analytics to:
Track performance
Report monthly KPIs
Identify opportunities for growth and content strategy improvements
5. Brand Growth & Strategy
Grow our online following, brand reputation, and market authority through:
Community engagement
Professional presence on LinkedIn
Regular interaction with industry pages and groups
Maximise relevant platform features (hashtags, tagging, location, Reels, Stories).
6. LinkedIn Marketing
Weekly invites:
100 new personal connections relevant to H&S, utilities, and construction
250 invites to follow the company page
Manage LinkedIn Events for all EUSR training courses and promote weekly.
7. Google My Business
Weekly uploads of:
Products and services
Offers for EUSR group bookings
Events (with links to booking pages)
Regular profile reviews and updates to maintain search performance.
8. Admin Support (as required)
Provide basic administrative assistance when other team members are on leave or unavailable.
Tasks may include:
Answering phones and emails
Booking training courses
Updating internal documents or reports
Supporting the management team with ad-hoc office tasks
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in a digital marketing role (agency or in-house).
Strong working knowledge of:
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google My Business, Twitter (X)
Email marketing (ideally Zoho Campaigns)
Google Analytics and platform-specific insights
Confident using Canva, Adobe tools, or other content creation platforms.
Video editing skills for short-form content (Reels/Stories).
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Self-motivated, creative thinker with attention to detail.
Able to manage own schedule and deliver consistently without micromanagement.
Willing to get involved in wider team support and company activities.
Strong understanding of our products and services (training will be provided).
Desirable (But Not Essential):
Experience in a safety, construction, or training-related industry.
Basic understanding of SEO and paid social media advertising.
Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
Performance Measurement (KPIs):
Daily content: Minimum 5 unique platform posts + 1 daily post to X (Mon–Fri).
Engagement: 15% MoM increase in likes, comments, shares.
Lead generation: 30 qualified leads per month from social campaigns.
Email performance: 25% open rate, 3% CTR minimum.
Website traffic: 10% MoM increase to EUSR pages from social sources.
LinkedIn growth: 100 personal connection invites + 250 company page invites weekly.
Video output: Minimum 2 Reels/videos per week (training, projects, etc.)
