Our nursery school site in Ashtead, Surrey serves approximately 40 children, aged 6 months to 4 years.

As our ideal Chef Manager, you'll:
* Have excellent craft skills, including bakery experience.
* Have some experience working in nurseries.
* Proven track record of continually improving standards.
* Good communication skills at all levels.
* Positive, outgoing disposition and a can-do approach.
* Be passionate about food with attention to detail.
* Comprehensive understanding of managing allergens.
* Ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to required standards.
* Financial and budget awareness.
* Ability to complete daily food and health and safety compliance books.
The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work overtime as required.
