This business provides an essential service that is fantastic value for business customers and due to continued growth are looking to hire an Internal Sales Representative to support the sales team. Excellent basic salary of £28,000 pa plus commission.
Responsibilities:
1. To sell services via phone, email, or other online channels.
2. Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups.
3. Maintaining and improving the database of prospects.
4. Researching for new leads.
5. Upselling products and services.
6. Supporting field-based Business Development Managers.
7. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in high volume outbound calling.
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Patience, time management skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks.
4. Experience working with a CRM system.
5. The ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
In return you can expect a basic starting salary of £28,000 pa plus a range of benefits and commission.
