We are looking for an Administrator for our client based in Huddersfield. This role is an essential part of the business and will support both the Customer Service and Planning teams. We are looking for someone with strong administration and IT skills. Ideally, you will have had some experience or exposure to logistics, however this is not essential. Main duties to include: Ensure all documentation has been completed on import and export shipments Liaise with planning and customer service teams to obtain and deliver updates Communicate with end customers when required, advising them of any outstanding requirements Keep all systems up to date and ensure accurate information has been logged We are looking for: Recent working experience in an administration role Someone who can work in a fast paced environment and keep calm under pressure Good IT skills and the ability to pick up new IT systems A confident individual who can flag any potential issues to colleagues and customers Transport or Customs experience would be an advantage but not essential In return you can expect £26k-£28k Office hours - no evening or weekend work Annual bonus Private healthcare Life Assurance If you are interested in this role, please apply and submit your CV
