Your working environment?
This prestigious development consists of 250 units over 7 residential blocks in Streatham Hill. The development has an underground car park and there is the availability of onsite staff parking. Previous concierge experience is an advantage.

What will your role look like?
* To be a main point of contact for residents and guests, be responsible for quality customer service, handling day-to-day matters in a prompt and professional manner, decision-making and problem-solving.
* To carry out security inspections and operations as required.
* To assist in the required onsite duties and provide excellent concierge services as prescribed by Property Manager.
* To conduct the required health and safety inspections and activities to assist in keeping the development and workplace a safe environment for all.
