Feltwell Surgery located in West Norfolk, is looking for a compassionate, organised, and proactive individual to join our dynamic team as a r eceptionist/care navigator. This vital role involves providing outstanding customer service to our patients and supporting the smooth running of the practice. This is a part-time position working 19 hours over 2 days per week (Monday and Wednesday). Key responsibilities will include: Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments and manage patient queries. Navigate patients through the healthcare system, providing information and support. Ensure patient records are accurate and up to date. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. About the Candidate General practice is a challenging environment that requires a calm and caring approach with the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player who has customer service/patient experience and has the following attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but not essential. Empathy and a desire to make a difference in patients' lives.
