Job Specification: Senior Demand Generation Manager
Client: Leading Financial Services Company with a Global Presence
Contract: 12-month Contract
Location: Hybrid (London, 2 days onsite)
Rate: £380 a day PAYE
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager to join our clients integrated marketing team. This role is crucial for driving our go-to-market (GTM) strategies and key marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution, operating as a commercial driver for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop, write, and execute comprehensive GTM plans and briefs.
2. Commercial Ownership: Drive paid media lead generation strategies and oversee media activations and email nurture series.
3. Performance Marketing Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of PPC, social media, and content syndication programs focused on customer acquisition.
4. Project & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with multiple teams, manage agency relationships, and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
5. Budget Management: Accountable for managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
6. Marketing Analytics: Interpret and analyze marketing data, working closely with marketing analysis teams to optimize channel performance and cost per acquisition.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
7. Experience: Approximately 8 years in a similar role within a SaaS business, challenger bank, or startup environment.
8. Project Management: Strong skills in managing complex projects and coordinating with various stakeholders.
9. GTM Methods: Proficiency in different GTM strategies, including events and long-form content.
10. Performance Marketing: Expertise in performance marketing, including PPC, social media, and content syndication.
11. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and drive insights for marketing optimization.
12. Collaboration: Ability to work closely with content designers and product marketing teams to segment personas and target audiences effectively.
13. Account-Based Marketing (Nice to Have): Awareness and understanding of account-based marketing strategies.
