We are seeking a WORKSHOP CONTROLLER to take responsibility for ensuring all work flowing through our client’s workshop is planned thoroughly and completed on time to a high quality.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your key objectives include:
1. Ensuring quality control
2. Correctly ordering parts
3. Conducting audits on the team’s work
4. Ensuring general compliance to brand/dealership standards
5. Maintaining correct health and safety standards/procedures
This role requires a relevantly skilled and experienced individual. The ideal candidate will likely be an existing Workshop Manager/Controller, Automotive Technician (with strong leadership, organisational, and customer service skills), or an aspiring Senior Service Advisor.
