As a Lead Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing projects that cover a broad range of topics, from implementing event tracking to generating data insights and building predictive models.
You will work closely with Product Directors, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven product decisions are made at every step of the way.
You will also foster an environment of active support, collaboration, and growth within your team, enabling all team members to achieve their potential and progress on their chosen career paths.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage projects that cover a broad range of topics, from implementing event tracking to generating data insights and building predictive models.
* Work closely with Product Directors, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven product decisions are made at every step of the way.
* Foster an environment of active support, collaboration, and growth within your team.

Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in Insights Analytics, Product Analytics, or Data Science.
* Relevant experience in managing a team of analysts or similar.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.
* Educated to degree level or higher, preferably in a numerical field and/or statistical background.
Technical Requirements:
* Great familiarity of Statistical concepts for Analytics.
* Hands-on coding experience with Python for Data Analytics.
* Experience with setting up and automating data pipelines, ETL processes, etc.
* Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau and SQL.
* In-depth experience with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
