Overview: Would you like to work with our cross skilled Customer Due Diligence (CDD) team to ensure we maintain the highest levels of quality? Do you have existing skills and experience in Quality Assurance and CDD that will help to support us to drive positive improvements in our existing practices? If so, we have a new and exciting opportunity available for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our innovative CDD team.

As our CDD Quality Assurance Analyst you will:
* Carry out retrospective quality reviews to ensure policies and procedures have been followed in line with regulatory requirements and AML and Sanctions policies
* Be proactive in providing feedback to CDD Analysts and liaising with the Quality Assurance Managers, to provide feedback to Team Managers and Process & Complex Case Manager to identify gaps in processes and improve the customer experience
* Work with the Quality Assurance Managers and wider team to explore opportunities for improvement
