The Recruitment Assistant is responsible for administering the Recruitment process and will actively engage with Recruitment Officers to support the full end-to-end recruitment cycle (from vacancy creation to on-boarding) for vacancies across the Trust. To receive all initial contacts to the Recruitment department via phone and e-mail, ensuring that these are dealt with in a timely, accurate and professionally customer focused manner or passed to the most appropriate team member. Ensure the delivery of an excellent recruitment service to managers, staff and applicants through provision of administrative and advisory support throughout the recruitment process. It is important for the Recruitment Assistant to develop and maintain positive working relationships with Recruiting Managers in order to provide a client centred Recruitment Service. The Recruitment Assistant will provide advice to recruiting managers in order to ensure their recruitment is processed efficiently and in line Trust Policies and procedures, and with legislation and best practice. Working together, the Recruitment Officers and the Assistants will maintain a green dashboard within the TRAC Recruitment Management system each day.
