Job Description
* Provide strategic advice on property disposals
* Manage and motivate a team towards achieving objectives
* Conduct valuation and negotiation of property sales
* Monitor and manage property transaction processes
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal procedures
* Prepare and present reports to senior management and committees
* Contribute to the wider property strategy and objectives of the organisation
The Successful Applicant
A successful Principal Disposals Surveyor should have:
* Relevant educational qualifications in property or a related field
* Experience in property valuation and negotiation
* Knowledge of property transactions and statutory compliance
* Skills in managing and motivating a team
* Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
* The ability to prepare and present reports to senior management
* A commitment to contributing to the wider objectives of the organisation
