We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join an amazing team to cover maternity leave for 12 months.
Work Hours: 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday

You’ll register service calls, handle customer queries, and allocate work to engineers. With a focus on administration and call handling, you’ll keep the operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Register service calls and emails
Allocate and distribute work to engineers
Process incoming invoices and check rates
Cost and complete engineers' worksheets after service calls
Update customer portals with invoice info daily
Order parts and issue quotes for repair work
Communicate with sites to arrange access and check details
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
You have a keen eye for detail and love administrative tasks
