Achieve Assertive Outreach offers support and guidance to people whose lives are being negatively impacted by drug or alcohol misuse.
What you’ll be doing
As a Service Administrator for our Assertive Outreach Team in Bury, Bolton, Salford and Trafford, you will be supporting the service and facilitating the smooth running of the business, working with relevant data and information. You will also work alongside IT and business intelligence to produce contract monitoring and other necessary reports.

* You will have experience of forming effective relationships with customers, clients and external stakeholders.
* You will have the ability to effectively use IT including Word packages and databases.
* You will have a positive outlook and a ‘can do’ attitude with personal resilience and a flexible attitude in the face of difficulties.

* An annual salary of £24,790 full-time equivalent.
* A fixed-term, 35-hour per week contract until March 2025 pending contract confirmation.
