About the role:
This position will be situated in one of the North, South or East Victorian offices.
The purpose of this position is to oversee the reception area as well as provide timely and efficient administrative support to the Programs across the NSE sites.
The Senior Admin Officer is a member of the Children, Youth and Family Services Program and reports to the Administration Manager and Executive Assistant - Director CYFS NSE.
This is a Full-Time opportunity based at either Preston, Forrest Hill or Dandenong Office within our Children, Youth and Family Services program.
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Relevant qualification or equivalent minimum 5 years’ experience in an administration capacity.
* Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
* A commitment to a high level of customer service, including the ability to remain calm and think clearly under pressure.
* Strong organisational skills including the ability to prioritise, produce work of a high quality and consistently meet deadlines.
* Ability to participate collaboratively and constructively within teams of peers, staff and other stakeholders, as well as initiative and effective personal judgement when working alone.
