Opportunities for training and personal development. Hybrid working. Key Responsibilities: As a Data Officer, you’ll support our data processes and help optimise their use across the Association. Your main responsibilities will include: Maintaining high standards of data quality through regular checks and processes. Monitoring data imports, and work with internal stakeholders to ensure they meet organisational needs. Collaborating with Data Team colleagues to develop, test, and implement streamlined data processes. Producing clear documentation for data procedures to assist users. Building queries in our CRM to support internal and external stakeholders. Providing training and inductions to users on CRM systems. Manage and action requests from across the Association within agreed SLAs. Managing data integration errors and liaising with internal teams and external suppliers as needed. Supporting teams with data handling processes, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. About You: We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage diverse data needs with precision and professionalism. You’ll bring: Experience working with CRM databases (experience with Raiser’s Edge and Dynamics 365 is a plus). Knowledge of database processes and bulk data imports. Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding data quality and accuracy. Strong skills in Excel and/or Access for data manipulation. A proven ability to manage competing tasks and meet deadlines. Clear communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders. Confidence in delivering training on data systems to diverse user groups. A solid understanding of data compliance and privacy legislation.
