Our graduation division is a growing and evolving area of the business, focusing on delivering best-in-class service to our university customers.
Due to internal staff changes, we are recruiting for an Administration Assistant on our busy graduation team located in St. Ives, Cornwall.
The successful applicant will be allocated their own accounts and will work closely with the field-based graduation account managers to set up and organise graduation events across the country.
The Role – Administration Assistant:
1. You will be required to organise staff attending graduation ceremonies nationwide, keeping them informed on any changes or amendments.
2. Arrange hotel and travel requirements.
3. Organise and supply advertising materials.
4. Order and send University complimentary photographs.
5. Answer customer queries (email, telephone).
6. Undertake general office tasks and record keeping around graduation events maintaining records on key account details and staffing.
In order to be successful in this role you should have / be:
1. Excellent telephone manner.
2. Proficient in MS office suite.
3. Strong attention to detail.
4. Ability to work under pressure and prioritise their own work load.
5. Excellent team player.
