Position: Support Worker
Location: Gwynedd
Salary: £12.37 per hour + £60 per sleep-in shift
Type: Full-time, varied shifts including sleep-ins

Provide compassionate care and support to adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, complex needs, and autism
Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and meal preparation
Encourage and support independence and participation in community activities
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised care plans
Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times
Participate in varied shifts, including sleep-ins, to provide 24/7 careRequirements:
Full UK driver's license (essential)
Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential - full training will be provided
