Recent hands-on experience with EPR system configuration and IT system delivery will also be essential. To work alongside Systems Administrators and support staff to understand clinical and operational workflows, both within the focus area, and holistically as part of wider hospital workflows. Develop and implement business change strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of the new system, and its associated processes, within the clinical and technical environment. Escalate issues, risks and programme decisions through the escalation structure as required.
