Assistant Project Manager Permanent Milton Keynes: £27,000 - £29,900 per annum Hybrid Working Due to an internal promotion, you could be our next Assistant Project Manager. A clearly defined career path awaits you, from this role into Project Manager and onto Senior Project Manager. Purpose As an Assistant Project Manager your role sits within the E-Assessment delivery team where you will support a small team of Project Managers on multiple projects at a time. The team follow Prince 2 methodologies with the flexibility and responsiveness of agile. What will you do? You will be supporting with scoping the project from initiation to maintaining risk logs and action plans whilst keeping timely communication between key stakeholders, through to lessons learned sessions and documentation on completion. You will be a part of a team who support learning and development and may be given the opportunity to study for project management specific qualifications such as Prince 2 Foundation and Six Sigma. You will follow an existing project management lifecycle with a continuous improvement mindset for our internal customers. During the set-up period between mid-February and mid-May you will be required to work in the office more regularly in the secure area where you will be required to participate in repetitive onscreen work. You will be looking for a career in project management and have worked in a similar field before as well as having a good understanding of IT and ensuring attention to detail is at the forefront of what you do.
