The ideal candidate will have excellent management, leadership and communication skills, with post-qualification experience in a pharmacy environment.

The role involves:
* Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and care
* Providing support to the pharmacy team
* Overseeing daily operations of the pharmacy
* Driving business growth and achieving KPIs
* Understanding and responding to customer needs and queries
* Building relationships with GPs and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
* Registered with the GPhC
* MPharm, BPharm or equivalent
* Post-qualification experience in a pharmacy environment
* Great management, leadership and communication skills
The interview process will consist of two stages: a virtual interview and an informal store walkaround.
