AI Transformation is a new organization created within Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) that focuses on our own AI and Copilot adoption by identifying our most pervasive pain points that can be solved with AI design wins; codifying our learnings and best practices; and working directly with customer and partner executives to help them accelerate their own AI Transformation with credibility and trust built from our experience as customer zero. This will come through using our own products and services, and our innovation will yield business benefits for Microsoft which we will then share with our customers. AI Transformation requires team members to uphold the team’s philosophy to operate This role Programme Experience & Stakeholder Management Lead will focus on programme experience management as part of AI Chief Transformation Officer’s extended leadership team. The individual will act as an adaptive enterprise integrator ensuring the best possible approaches for stakeholder engagement, business, people and culture change. Helping the AI Transformation team to develop personalized change management interventions, and ultimately BAU experiences for critical roles, functions and moments that matter as we use AI and automation to transform the way work is done in MCAPS. The individual will define clear plans, manage resources, address challenges, and align diverse teams to achieve shared goals. Partnering with internal teams (i.e. Finance, Marketing, and Engineering) and advising senior leadership, this role will use market insights to guide AI-focused strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include synthesizing complex data and applying behavioural science to identify how to enhance go-to-market strategies, and unlock growth potential. Through a combination of AI experience and human behavioural science, this role will drive organizational transformation and long-term efficiency. Strategic Change Advisory & Activation Planning Serves as a strategic advisor on integrated change leadership and activation efforts, connecting the dots between business strategy, field execution, and customer impact. Provides insights and advisory support to inform change leadership and culture change strategies developed by partner teams, including Change & Adoption, ensuring alignment with business priorities and field realities. Identifies opportunities to enhance internal hybrid team capability development and field readiness, shaping activation recommendations that complement and extend existing change programs. Leads select initiatives as a virtual team lead, collaborating cross-functionally to advance shared goals by influencing and leading across the system. Customer Zero & Internal Activation Leads strategic internal activation of Microsoft solutions as a Customer Zero advocate, translating lived experiences into scalable best practices that influence product usage and customer adoption. Supports and coaches internal stakeholders in aligning readiness efforts with external solution positioning, reinforcing Microsoft’s role as both provider and practitioner. Surfaces learnings and gaps across internal experiences to shape future-state enablement strategies, ensuring field teams are equipped for customer-centric engagement. Cross-Functional Partnership & Orchestration Builds trusted and inclusive working relationships across product, marketing, sales, and change teams to ensure cohesion across readiness and activation efforts. Acts as an impact partner and connector between strategy and execution, bringing a system-wide view to change initiatives and advocating for cross-team alignment. Drives virtual team collaboration where needed to accelerate the implementation of high-impact ideas, ensuring they land effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Insight Generation & Thought Leadership Generates actionable insights from field, partner, and internal feedback, influencing strategic decision-making through storytelling and evidence-based recommendations. Develops thought leadership artifacts (e.g., presentations, white papers) that demonstrate deep understanding of change dynamics within complex enterprise environments. Operates with executive presence and influence, guiding senior stakeholders while aligning and respecting boundaries of partner team mandates. Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND Extensive experience in program management, process management, process improvement OR equivalent experience. Additional or preferred qualifications Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND demonstrated strategy, sales leadership, program management, project management, change management, consulting, and/or partner organization experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND demonstrated strategy, sales leadership, program management, project management, change management, consulting, and/or partner organization experience Demonstrated experience in driving change management within a Technology and/or Consulting environment Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
