A fast-growing manufacturing business are on the hunt for a dynamic Inventory Control Manager who knows the ins and outs of ERP systems and has the expertise to revolutionise how inventory is managed. What You'll Do
1. Take ownership of our inventory control processes, elevating them to achieve 100% stock accuracy.
2. Develop and implement effective cycle count processes to eliminate the need for traditional stocktakes.
3. Lead, organise, and oversee stocktakes when required, ensuring smooth execution and reliable results.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise inventory accuracy and reporting.
5. Resolve discrepancies with a forensic approach to ensure our systems align with reality.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for an analytical problem solver, who understands stock accuracy and inventory management and the ideal candidate will:
1. Have proven experience in inventory management, within a manufacturing engineering business.
2. Be experienced in utilising ERP systems for stock accuracy, exposure to the IFS ERP system or similar would be beneficial.
3. Possess an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to develop fail-proof processes.
4. Demonstrate analytical thinking and a methodical approach to solving inventory challenges.
5. Have experience implementing or optimising cycle counting programs.
