If so, we'd love to hear from you About the Role Due to continued growth, Bella di Notte is seeking a motivated E-Commerce Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team in Malton, North Yorkshire. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the accuracy and presentation of product information on our website, enhancing site performance, and supporting marketing efforts to drive online sales. You'll collaborate closely with our Merchandising, Digital Marketing, and Design teams to create an engaging and seamless shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Managing product listings, ensuring timely uploads, accuracy, and SEO compliance. Monitoring stock levels and coordinating with merchandising and marketing teams to keep the website up to date. Supporting online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Assisting with performance reporting and providing insights for improvement. Optimising website content, navigation, and user experience to increase visibility and conversions. This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Core hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. About You We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have: Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce). Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailChimp, Hubspot, Klaviyo or equivalent) Knowledge of SEO best practices, including keyword research and optimisation. Strong copywriting and proofreading skills. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality work. Good communication, influencing skill and collaboration Able to work independently and to deadlines While experience is beneficial, we are happy to provide full training for the right candidate.
