The overall responsibility of the Response Supply Manager is todrive and coordinate the sourcing and supply of Finished Goods across multiple touch points and stakeholders between Northern Europe and our factories. The role ensures proactive and responsive monitoring, reporting and crisis management to support and ensure service level and sale growth. The role holder must internally collaborate cross functionally with supply chain, sales, marketing, shopper and customer, finance, logistics etc. as well as effective collaboration with the Centre of Excellence, Europe & North America Region and headquarters to deliver the demand plan and S&OP process. This role can be located in Birmingham, UK or Gothenburg, Sweden. Your Tasks Accountable for very short-term service by proactively monitoring and mitigating risks and resolving supply/demand gaps. Responds to daily constraints to ensure perfect execution of business plans. Ensure stock availability to deliver service level target. Find products to compensate the missing sales or understand whether we can wait for the next shipment. Follow up availability for products in Out of Stock improving the availability date to reduce Fill Rate impact, not only Service Level. Translation of volume risk/impact into Net Sales. Feedback to local organization and CoE about risks & incremental opportunities. Input Service Level comment to customer service on the cut related to supply. Supports local allocation/reservation, as well as Value Added Service Planning and Execution process. Critical stock management - root causing, steering, follow-up, execution. Supports effective decision - making process within the local organization to improve management of obsolete, aging, and blocked stock. Able to see the big picture, recognize constraints and challenges in other parts of the Supply Chain. Support Customer/Business opportunity (short term sales/stock release or add production needed). To provide input to waste comment. Clear understanding of E2E planning, including Demand planning, S&OP, Value Added Services Planning & Execution, Innovation planning and Supply planning. Bottleneck management: support communication to business and an operation allocation management. Your Profile Preference to candidates with 3-5 years’ experience in demand and supply planning. Experience in FMCG would advantageous. Knowledge of SAP APO and/or R3. Possess analytical & problem-solving skills with commercial thinking. Stakeholder management, conflict management and influencing skills. Manage high complexity, use continuous improvement and digital solutions to step-up business delivery. Decision making and leadership. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Able to work under pressure, manage multiple urgencies, and sometimes conflicting priorities. Excellent in communication and presentation skill in English. Ability to work independently. Fast adaptation and willing to learn mind-set. Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint (VBA and Query is preferable).
