We are working on a retained basis with one of the key players in the UK gym sector, a business that is currently going through a great deal of positive change with ambitious growth plans for 2025. With the Head of Marketing going on maternity leave in March, we're happy to be involved in the search for a superstar to bring their passion and experience to the table and ensure momentum is maintained, and every opportunity maximised.
With an ideal start date in late February or early March, this maternity cover role reports to the CEO and has full accountability for the marketing function along with the delivery of critical commercial outcomes. Part of their impressive growth plan for 2025 includes launching a new business unit overseas, as well as getting the best results out of a brand new software stack.
It's likely you'll have:
A track record of success in a multi-brand environment
Execution of acquisition and retention campaigns across a range of off and on-line channels in both B2C and B2B arenas
Experience working with trade partners, affiliates or franchisees to drive business growth, preferably in a bricks and mortar business model.
A keen eye for detail and data - whilst the business is very entrepreneurial and nimble, their success is underpinned by an analytical mind...
