An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teaching and Enhanced Learning Coach to join our Quality and Enhanced Learning.
You will support the delivery of teaching and learning bootcamps, coach staff before and after walkthroughs, and contribute to the management of Teaching, Learning, and Assessment (TLA) support plans. Working closely with teachers, you will help develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies through a collaborative coaching model. You will also partner with the Group Head of Quality, Teaching and Learning, and curriculum managers to embed best practices, ensuring high-quality education standards across the Group.
Your responsibilities will include conducting regular drop-ins and walkthroughs, providing constructive feedback to enhance practices, and celebrating successes by capturing and sharing best practices. You will play a key role in promoting the use of innovative teaching methods, particularly in relation to Subcontractor, bootcamp, and apprenticeship delivery. Additionally, you will stay up to date with developments in teaching, learning, and assessment strategies and their implementation.
The ideal candidate will possess coaching and mentoring skills with experience in collaborating with educators to implement innovative teaching methodologies. They will have a solid understanding of the Education Inspection Framework and a track record of embedding best practice in line with Ofsted standards. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential and the candidate will stay updated on developments in teaching and learning.
