Yorkshire Community Healthcare are looking for empathetic, compassionate, and caring Care and Support Workers in Hull.
Yorkshire Community Healthcare is a complex care provider who strive to fulfil all of their clients' physical, mental, clinical, and non-clinical care needs.
This specific role involves supporting a young girl who has complex care needs.
Job Specifics:
You would be required to support with: PEG feeding, medication administration, physio, moving and handling, personal care, play therapy, and general domestic tasks.
Shift Pattern:
* Monday: 11am-5pm
* Tuesday: 12pm-6pm
* Wednesday: 5pm-8am
* Thursday: 11am-12:30pm, 5pm-9am
* Friday: 6pm-8am
* Saturday: 8am-2pm, 2pm-5pm, 6pm-8am
* Sunday: 12pm-6pm, 6pm-8am
Requirements:
* Right to work in the UK
* Ability to complete the physical aspects of the role such as moving and handling
* At least 6 months of UK-based care experience
* Knowledge of complex care is desired
* Willingness to work alternative weekends or 1 weekend out of 4
* All successful applicants will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check
