Finance Assistant Job Type: Full-time or Part-time Location: Outskirts of Southampton (must be able to drive) Salary: £23,000 to £26,000 per annum Reed Accountancy are working with a hospitality client who are seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join their small Finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role involves predominately purchase ledger but has some banking and sales ledger duties as well as various reporting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a good background in financial processes, excellent communication skills, and a flexible working attitude. Day-to-day of the role: Purchase Ledger: Invoice processing Purchase Ledger reconciliation Maintain the supplier purchase ledger system. Reporting: Daily revenue reports entry Reconcile revenue reports. General: Perform any ad hoc duties within the job holder’s capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Practical Sage 50 experience Confident communicator.
