Duties
1. Answer the telephone
2. Deal with client enquiries and assist sales teams with quotations & tender documents
3. Process purchase orders
4. Assist with credit control
5. Ensure all supplies are kept up to date within the building (general housekeeping)
6. Take minutes in meetings
7. Help with the administrative parts for our ISO accreditations
8. Order branded merchandise and installation uniforms
9. Organise transportation, train tickets, and flights
10. Organise permits and site access
11. Book accommodation for installers and directors
