Job Title: Contracts Manager

Salary: £40K to £50K, negotiable based on experience and skill set. Company vehicle or allowance negotiable.
Due to expansion, our client MARLOWES is looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to join its claims management team. You will need to have good organisational skills, a strong focus on customer service, and knowledge and experience of managing refurbishment works and insurance-related perils such as fire, flood, escape of water, and storm.
They provide insurance claims management and building reinstatement services to insurers and intermediaries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project management
* Managing claim journey and expectations
* Managing both employed and subcontract labour
* Complaint resolution
* Surveying duties, general peril, large loss & structural repairs
* Produce accurate schedules/estimates using client scoping tools
* Undertake audits of completed claims
* Liaise with our H&S consultants
Experience Required:
* Knowledge of the insurance industry related to residential (home and commercial) property
* Technical buildings knowledge
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Experience of working in a customer-focused environment
* Experience in managing both employed and subcontract labour
* IT literate with the ability to learn new technology
