Role overview You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with the organisations clients and will be their main point of contact for all day to day account management and course bookings. Duties and Responsibilities : Account Management of a number of pre-defined top clients Booking management of their B2B customer base Ensure timely responses to all enquiries and booking requests Communicate with relevant Key Account Managers to support on all upsell/cross sell opportunities Certificate expiry management to secure delegate refreshers Conversion from manual booking to portal booking where appropriate Purchase Order Management Promptly resolve any invoice queries Reporting Monthly reporting of activity levels including account managed client expiries, PO status, credits and conversion to portal bookings Candidate requirements They are looking for future colleagues who believe in the power of working together by being open and respectful, think creatively and dare to be different to find solutions and are dedicated, driven and passionate to strive for excellence.
