An exciting opportunity has arisen for new administration assistants to join the Site Team at Macclesfield District General Hospital on a permanent contract. The roles are new and developing within the site team to support patient flow. We are looking to recruit individuals who are highly motivated and enthusiastic to provide support between the hours of 07.00 - 23.00, 7 days a week on a shift pattern basis. The candidates will need to be able to prioritise their own workload and provide full administrative support requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to use their own initiative. The candidates will also need to have strong organisation skills and will be required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Hours per week: 36.00 Main duties of the job The post holder will provide an efficient and effective administrative support service to the site team of East Cheshire NHS Trust. The site team require administrative support 7 days per week between the hours of 7.00am to 23.00pm. The working pattern must fit within these times. The role will also include accessing clinical areas, such as wards, to collect information relevant to perform the role. Producing daily reports for the executive team and NHS England.
