Job Description
* Implement, maintain, and oversee the organisation's information security programme.
* Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
* Ensure compliance with international security standards and regulations.
* Conduct regular security audits and manage incident response plans.
* Develop and deliver security training to staff.
* Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the security controls are in place.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest information security trends and advancements.
* Foster a culture of information security awareness within the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
Essential:
* Experience in either Risk & Compliance, Vulnerabilities Management, or Incident Response.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical staff.
Desirable:
* Experience in security solutions roll-outs or integration.
* Strong understanding of information security principles and best practices, such as ISO27001.
* Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and security controls.
