Account Manager Responsiv is looking for an Account Manager with experience managing multiple accounts and selling business solutions that include consulting, cloud, and software products. You will be responsible for finding, qualifying and progressing sales opportunities across multiple accounts supported by a team of technical consultants who provide pre-sales support and solution ideas. Job description Winning & partnering with new clients to increase sales for the business. Working with customers to understand their needs and leading the creation of proposals. Identifyingopportunities and working with the Responsiv team to a successful close. About the role: You are expected to engage with customers, typically at programme management, technical architect, CTO, and CIO levels, and build trusted, productive relationships. You will work with members of the Responsiv technical and product management teams to understanding the customers requirements and propose costed solutions that solve real business problems. You will be expected to organise and lead responses to customer requests, RFIs and RFPs, in order to acquire new customers. Customer acquisition is an important element of the role. You will build sales alongside the account managers. New pipeline opportunities will come from your market generation work, including working closely with the digital marketing team to initiate campaigns and drive interest in the Repsonsiv value proposition. You will lead presentations to the customers (up to) C-level executives, including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations and Responsiv solutions. Keeping CRM data current is essential, as are weekly status updates of pipeline opportunities, sales stage and actions to close. About you Previous experience building new & existing client relationships A self-starter, you are able to prioritizetasks and you are a good time manager. You have good spoken and written communication skills; you are analytical and a good listener. You ask questions. You are goal oriented, competitive and have the will to overcome objections and win. You can demonstrate in your personal and professional life that you can set yourself goals andachieve them. This role will involve some travel; you will be someone who understands the benefit of meeting customers and prospects in order to grow share of a customers business. Strong background experience of selling digital transformation solutions and services that may include cloud, data, automation and integration with deal sizes between £50k and £500k.
