Overview:
The Administrator will provide an efficient and professional administrative support service to the Lease Advisory Team, assisting the Client Relationship Managers and Directors to deliver new leasing, portfolio management and consultancy services to our client base.
The role is ideally based out of our satellite office in Basingstoke, but an exceptional candidate could be based from our central London office, so you will need to be within a commutable distance of one of the locations to ensure you can be in the office as required.

What you need:
As with any role, we want to find the right person and we want to make sure you know it’s the right role for you too. Therefore, you will need:
• Experience being an Administrator in a previous role
• Self-motivation and balance, with a ‘can do’, motivating attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong, confident telephone manager and great interpersonal skills
• The ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues
• Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Office, with the confidence and ability to learn our in-house systems
• Exceptional planning and organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise important tasks, especially under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail with a diligent commitment to accuracy
• A flexible approach to working hours, with the flexibility to undertake additional tasks as and when required by the business
• A desire to be an important support and active member of the team
• Great problem solving skills and initiative with the ability to look for continuous improvement in all you do
• An eagerness to learn and enjoys working as part of a team
It would be nice to have:
• Salesforce experience would be desirable, but isn’t essential
Day to Day, you will:
• Record client activity and enquiries on databases such as Salesforce and DocuSign
• Take minutes at Team meetings
• Complete IFRS data summaries, drawdown packs and update portfolio management spreadsheets
• Provide Lessor feedback
• Keep a record of and distribute daily rates, in addition to maintaining Management Information
• Draft tenders, reports and asset schedules
• Book meeting rooms, respond to email enquiries and provide absence cover for raising invoices and checking the bank account
• Provide administrative and marketing support to the Asset Finance team as required
