For this role, you must:
* 🔥 Have proven experience in digital sales within the sports media industry - specifically with branded content development, league growth strategies, and digital offerings for major sporting events or organizations.
* 🔥 Demonstrate a track record of successful business development - including expanding client portfolios beyond established sectors, identifying market gaps, and creating tailored sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

🤝 Your Responsibilities
Business Development
* Drive the sales strategy for our digital portfolio, considering our unique products and market position
* Formulate tailored sales solutions and create necessary tools to execute the strategy
* Expand our client base beyond our current portfolio
* Establish and raise the profile of HBS and Skroller in previously untapped areas like branded content
* Identify gaps in the market where our skills and reputation can create value
Client Relationship Management
* Maintain and nurture relationships with key client accounts
* Help clients understand the full possibilities offered by our content and products
* Develop HBS's external image and increase visibility of our innovations in the market
Performance Tracking
* Participate in setting and reporting on KPIs
* Create marketing presentations of achievements
* Analyze client feedback to improve our business approach
Innovation and Guidance
* Collaborate with HBS divisions to propose innovative ideas
* Offer guidance on adapting services to client needs
* Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations to inform strategy
