We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual with excellent organisational skills to join the team managing our six bus stations in Nottinghamshire.
Nottinghamshire County Council is extremely proud of its bus stations, helping over 6 million passengers access their local bus service each year. As Interchange Supervisor, you will be a vital member of the bus station team. You will assist the Interchange Manager and work closely with bus operators to ensure that services are provided in a safe and efficient manner.
You will report to the Interchange Manager and have specific responsibility for interchange health & safety, finance and building cleanliness audits, support the procurement of goods and services, complete administrative tasks associated with income collection and deal with enquiries and complaints in line with the corporate complaints procedure.
Essential Job Requirements:
* You will have previous experience of administrative support within an office environment and possess good literacy, numeracy, and IT skills to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
* You will need to be able to build professional relationships with a wide range of people.
* You should have a flexible and adaptable manner, as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
* You must be passionate about customer-centred service delivery.
* You will have the ability to collect, understand and analyse data.
* This is a mobile position so you must hold a full UK driving licence and have regular access to a vehicle.
