Day-to-day of the role: Outbound calling through leads that have been generated through marketing means Handle customer inquiries and update customers on their order progress via phone, email, and live chat. Book appointments for surveyors with clients Resolve customer complaints at first contact. Ad-hoc administrative duties Required Skills & Qualifications: A customer-focused individual with a genuine desire to deliver outstanding service. Professional and friendly communication skills, both written and verbal. Motivated to follow up on sales leads and to up-sell products and services.
