We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who shares our ambition: someone who doesn’t just keep up with social trends but sets them. This is a leadership role, sitting at the heart of our senior management team, shaping our social-first approach and working collaboratively across the agency—especially with Creative and Strategy—to deliver industry-leading work.
Requirements
We are looking for a Social Media Executive who will join our best in class team across a very well-known energy drink brand. We work across a huge array of global channels for this brand and have spent the last 3 years defining and shaping the growth through best in class community experience.
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Executive to join our vibrant team, dedicated exclusively to our partnership with a very well-known energy drink brand. This role is crucial in enhancing the brand's presence and engaging its vibrant community through strategic communication and innovative community interaction strategies.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement community engagement strategies that reflect the brand’s ethos and objectives.
* Write compelling copy for social media posts, responses, and proactive engagements that resonate with the community and elevate the brand narrative.
* Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews from community interactions.
* Organise and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.
* Coordinate with brand marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency in community management messages.
* Liaise with development and sales departments to stay updated on new products and features.
* Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and journalists.
* Stay up-to-date with social trends and platform updates that could impact the performance of our engagement with the brand.
Qualifications:
* Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role.
* Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, etc.).
* Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
* Excellent writing skills.
* Hands-on experience with social media management for brands.
* Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
* Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
* Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver.

Key Responsibilities:
* Accountable for the very regular posting and scheduling across both Jungle and client-owned social media channels.
* Own the social campaign calendar for your brands, collaborating with the creative production team to ensure content is produced on time and to the highest possible standard.
* Frequently attend our live influencer events and stays.
* Work alongside the Project Leads and Social Media Managers to build campaigns. This will involve multiple meetings and sessions throughout the day as well as frequently attending meetings on client sites.
* Attend on-location filming to ensure the shot lists are being captured in line with the overall strategy.
* Attend onsite client creative and strategic workshops/masterclasses.
* Support, maintain and own parts of the social strategy development, execution and refinement across platforms.
* Research marketing trends and produce a monthly social ‘what’s trending’ bulletin for our clients.
* Community management working closely with our Influencer Manager.
* Assist the Paid Social team with media planning for our Branded Content partnerships.
* Help coordinate Paid Social creative and platform testing across the business.
* Assist with updating our Paid Social reporting dashboards across Facebook and Instagram.
* Analyse, review and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results.
* Collaborate with internal teams.
Background and experience:
* 1-2 years’ experience of managing social media pages.
* Paid Social Experience.
* Evidence of previous planning and organisational experience.
* Evidence of experience using social media management tools.
* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communications.
* An understanding of and passion for social platforms.

* Built your own or a brand's page on Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram.
* Previous experience on film locations.
