Your Role: Building strong relationships with clients and energy partners to deliver excellent customer service. Keeping communication clear, professional, and responsive across all channels. Maintaining accurate records and reporting key updates to clients and partners. Diagnosing and resolving energy issues remotely to restore power efficiently.
