Our Apprenticeship Programme –
You will gain valuable experience through paid work-based training through multiple rotations throughout the business to learn practical elements of the role, learning from a highly experienced and credible team.
Typical working hours will be Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. One day per week will be spent at Crawley College in West Sussex.
Our Apprenticeship Programme runs for 42 months, and after successful completion, you will be able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of the concepts of manufacturing engineering.
Who can apply –
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, be at least 18 years of age, and have one of the following:
1. Two A-levels, one in Maths and another technical subject.
2. Level 3 Diploma in Engineering with at least a merit.
3. Appropriate work-based knowledge and competency.
