This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, based in Gloucester. The Administrative Assistant will perform various day-to-day tasks including managing phone calls and correspondence, providing executive administrative assistance, and performing clerical duties. Other tasks include scheduling meetings, organizing and maintaining files, and producing reports and presentations as needed to support the smooth operation of the office. This role involves recruitment and compliance of Care staff.
Organizing trainings, assisting with writing up Care Plans and Risk assessments as directed by management.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
* Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
* Clerical Skills including filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence
* Proficiency in computer literacy
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely, as needed
* Experience in a similar role is a plus
* High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
