We're looking for a Call Handling Advisor to join our Helpdesk Team based in Basingstoke. Location : Basingstoke. On site. Hours : Part Time - 20 hours per week. Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm. (This is a fixed shift pattern due to contract requirements) Responsibilities As a Call Handling Advisor, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice and Home office team, supporting them in operational tasks. Your day to day will include: Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers. Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers. Handyman jobs to be raised. Engineer uniform orders. Monitoring of the MoJ and Home Office inboxes What are we looking for?
